What's it all about?
'Let's grab lunch' is a phrase we all know and use. But all too often it means we don't have any time and end up choosing processed, pre-packed, tasteless food - especially at work. So, this blog is all about sharing our alternative lunch ideas with you. Simple, tasty and inexpensive ideas made with the aid of nothing more than a kettle and a microwave at work. We don't pretend this is award winning gourmet cooking (although we like to think so sometimes) but the recipes are quick and easy to make and we think they're a whole lot tastier than the usual office lunch. Hopefully, you might get some inspiration so next time you say 'let's grab lunch' you'll put that sandwich packet back on the shelf and rustle yourself something up that's a whole lot more rewarding.
